The Plaza 600 Building was built in 1969. This 20-story high rise office tower is located in the Seattle Central Business District on Westlake Avenue between the ever-changing Retail Core and the South Lake Union neighborhood. It's location provides convenient access to I-5 and mass transit including bus, light rail, street car, monorail at Westlake Center. In addition, Plaza 600 is in close proximity to some of the regions largest employers including the ever-expanding Amazon campus, Nordstrom Corporate Headquarters, Facebook, Tommy Bahama, University of Washington, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, and the Gates Foundation.
The iconic building features an abundance of natural light on each floor and 9' ceilings with views of the city and the Space Needle. It includes 209,256 square feet of office space and 5,063 square feet of retail space.
